Current opportunities are available for marketing campaigns in the 2024 calendar year. The Olive Oil Lovers Marketing Menu Unique content will be used or created for each item as we want to ensure the images and videos used are of the highest quality to reflect your brand in the best way. Costs will vary depending on whether you supply us with your own creative materials or if you choose to have the creative team at Olive Oil Lovers develop them for you. If you wish to participate in more than one of the opportunities below, we can discuss with you how to best maximize the use of your marketing budget. 01. Email Campaigns Email Mention – Product Highlight Emails are our most impactful sales promotions. With a 40,000+ subscriber base and a far above average 45% – 50% open rate, targeted emails see a significant increase in website traffic and product sales during the time period an email is deployed. With an email mention, we will feature one of your products within a currently scheduled email campaign that highlights your brand to both retail and wholesale customers, inspiring them to learn more and make a purchase. Add an additional boost to your email mention where we include a discount offer for your highlighted product sent exclusively by SMS text to a select target group of over 7,000+ customers, further encouraging them to give your oil it a try. Email Mention ( $ 500 ) Email Mention + SMS Discount Offer ( $ 750 ) Dedicated Email – For New Producers Only A unique and important opportunity for producers who are new to Olive Oil Lovers to introduce your brand and products to our full retail and wholesale customer base. Capture audiences with your company’s story by highlighting the uniqueness of your brand, story, and products with a full dedicated email specially designed by our marketing team for optimal sales performance. And for the ultimate brand exposure, utilize all of our digital marketing tools which include a dedicated email campaign, product website boost, and SMS discount offer, ensuring our customers won’t miss any opportunity to get to know your brand. Dedicated Email Campaign ( $ 1500 ) Dedicated Email Campaign + Product Website Boost + SMS Discount Offer ( $ 2000 ) 02. Product Placement Join The Club – Olive Oil of the Month Club Olive Oil Lovers offers a monthly subscription where members receive one specially selected bottle each month from our impressive collection. Customers have the option to purchase a 3, 6, or 12 month subscription, or can purchase on a monthly-recurring basis that they can cancel at any time. The Club subscription is an excellent way to guarantee your product gets into the hands of hundreds of our customers to experience your olive oil and fall in love with your brand. Not only do customers subscribe to the Club to discover new oils for themselves, but to gift their friends and family too, providing an excellent strategy for building brand loyalty and long-term sales growth. Olive Oil Lovers also sends automatic follow-up emails once the customer receives your oil, allowing us to see quality feedback and build positive public reviews on your product page. Note: This opportunity is time-sensitive and will directly affect order quantities. Details for participation: To meet the requirements of a Club product, we require a 50% discount per unit with a maximum invoiced price of €6.00 per unit EXW after discount. Size of oil must be 500ml or 750ml bottle. Once enrolled in the Olive Oil of the Month Club, we will select the specific month within the designated tier that your oil will ship based on our rotational calendar. Optional tiers to participate are as follows: Peak – We require 648 units in addition to our regular order for the following months: December 2024 January 2025 February 2025 Mid-Peak – We require 480 units in addition to our regular order for the following months: March 2024 April 2024 May 2024 November 2024 Off-Peak – We require 348 units in addition to our regular order for the following months: June 2024 July 2024 August 2024 September 2024 October 2024 To meet the requirements of a Club product, we require a 50% discount per unit with a maximum invoiced price of €6.00 per unit EXW after discount. Size of oil must be 500ml or 750ml bottle. Once enrolled in the Olive Oil of the Month Club, we will select the specific month within the designated tier that your oil will ship based on our rotational calendar. An EVOO of the Month” banner will be added to the product thumbnail to ensure maximum exposure when visiting our website. Search, category, homepage boost ( $ 500 per month / per product ) Promotion is available at a discount if you are participating in an email campaign ( add-on for $ 350 ) New Sample Program – Product Introduction We will present the opportunity for customers to automatically receive a free 100ml sample of your product with their order. Retail customers receive a free sample when meeting or exceeding a spending threshold on their order, and all wholesale customers receive a free sample with any order. Our customers love to sample products from our collection and this opportunity guarantees an exclusive period to get your brand into their homes and businesses to try. Additionally, customers who receive the sample are asked to provide feedback and leave a public review for your product, helping build consumer confidence in your brand. Details for participation : We require a 50% off-invoice discount for the total sample quantities provided with a minimum of 96 units per SKU to participate. It’s important to note that depending on the time of year, we may ship as many as 100 samples in less than one week, therefore the more samples you provide, the longer your sample promotion will run. Note: This opportunity is time-sensitive and will directly affect order quantities. 03. In Person Summer Fancy Food Show (Details Coming Soon) The 2024 Summer Fancy Food Show will be held at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City from June 23 – 25 2024 . More details on participating alongside Olive Oil Lovers in their booth will be discussed soon.
